This weekend we are driving up to Priest River to visit Tim's family and see our new nephew for the first time. Tim's sister Nikki had her baby last month and we haven't been able to get up to see him yet. We are finally an Aunt and an Uncle! His name is Braxton and I will post some pictures of us with him when we get back.
Anyway, the kids are terribly excited to leave. I have been packing their bags this morning trying to get everything ready and apparently they found their own way of getting ready ....
I guess Paityn wanted to make sure that she gets to go this time! I can't believe she fits in there, she is very flexible. She thought it was great being pulled around. Maybe after she turns 2 I'll still be able to fly with her for free afterall!

Showgirls - A Trip Down Memory Lane

I was recently cleaning out my nightstand and came across this picture of Amber (Armstrong at the time, and sorry if this embarasses you Amber) and I on our girls' trip to Vegas the summer after high school graduation. Don't worry, these are NOT our real bodies, although I would like to think that they could have been, ha ha. She and I, along with Jody (Gillman) and Celeste (Wheatley) took a trip to Vegas in August of '98. My grandpa had a condo in Mesquite at the time and he let us stay there for a few days. We had a GREAT time, we even got kicked out of a casino for trying to collect one of our numerous coin cups after curfew. Wow, we were troublemakers! Thanks for the memories girls.

Hallelujah!!!!!

I have officially QUIT the daycare business! I still have 2 weeks left until the end of the month and everyone pays me what they owe me, but the end is in sight. I have been wanting to quit for quite a while but kept talking myself out of it because it was such a good way to make money without having to pay much out. But after looking at the condition of my house and taking in to consideration my own sanity and patience with my own children, I decided that it would be best for myself and my family to do something else. SO..... If anyone has any great ideas about a good way to make money from home (that is kind of what I am going for so I don't have to pay for 2 kids in daycare), PLEASE let me know. Right now I am looking in to teaching online, but I don't know if that will pan out. Whatever the case, I know that I will be happier and much less stressed out by making this decision.
